Each member of the travelling party MUST be able to answer No to questions 2 and 3. If you answer Yes to question 1, you can proceed to purchase the policy, however, you must confirm that you understand that any of the insureds or anyone on whom travel is dependant on will not be covered for any claim arising from a pre-existing medical condition. It is essential that you answer the questions accurately otherwise payment of any claim you make may be affected.
1. Do you or anyone on whom travel depends have a pre-existing medical condition from which you have suffered in the past or may be suffering from now? NOTE: A pre-existing medical condition is defined as any disease, illness or injury for which one has taken medication, received advice or treatment or experienced symptoms whether a condition has been diagnosed or not. 1a. If you answered "Yes" to question 1 then please confirm by ticking the box that you agree with the following statement: "This policy excludes cover for all pre-existing medical conditions. You may still continue to purchase the policy but any claims arising directly or indirectly from the pre-existing medical conditions will be excluded."
2. Are any of the members of the travelling party who are to be insured by this insurance policy over the age of 64 for Single trip policies, over the age of 74 for Annual Multi trip policies, or over the age of 39 for extended stay policies?	Yes No
3. Have any members of the travelling party been resident in the United Kingdom or Channel Islands for less than 6 months prior to the purchase of this policy?	Yes No
